RecommendedWe Had a wonderful experience at American Sale in LZ getting our new hot tub! Howie Zavala was the general manager who helped us every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and explained option and choices we could make to create the best hot tub to fit our wants and needs! Can’t wait to see him in the coming months to help us with our patio furniture. Hot tub will be ready to deliver in April and he was up front with timing and delivery dates! We had a great experience with American Sales in Lake Zurich. Howie, our sales representative, was very responsive with emails and calls. His customer service was wonderful. The workers who installed our swing set were on time, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after installation. We will definitely buy from American Sale again. Five stars!!

Recently bought a hot tub from Joe Hanno at American Sale and we were so pleased with the customer service and responsiveness. We even changed our order after it had been placed and he worked with us to get it to exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend Joe to everyone!
