We had a great experience with American Sales in Lake Zurich. Howie, our sales representative, was very responsive with emails and calls. His customer service was wonderful. The workers who installed our swing set were on time, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after installation. We will definitely buy from American Sale again. Five stars!!

Recently bought a hot tub from Joe Hanno at American Sale and we were so pleased with the customer service and responsiveness. We even changed our order after it had been placed and he worked with us to get it to exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend Joe to everyone!

Glad to have purchased our pool package through American Sale and have worked with Tony. Tony went out of his way to assist me with opening my pool shortly after it was installed. My husband was in the hospital and I needed help. Thank you Tony for helping me with opening the pool.
