New home with great yard so j went to American Sale with the jntention of shopping in person to see fit and finish which is impossible online. Im glad I did. While shopping we were approached by, Corrie. He was polite, knowledgeable and absolutely no nonsense which I appreciated. He didn't miss a thing when it came to value, guidance and price. Made a purchase that I am extremely happy with and at a price that was better than expected. Will recommend Corrie to everyone I know.

My kids have been asking for a trampoline in our backyard for many years. As an extremely cautious parent who asked when buying a playset if there was one without an opening on top I said there was absolutely no way I would have such a dangerous piece of equipment in my yard. We purchased a springfree here and had a great experience. Caitlin was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information and was patient with my kids. When we had a couple questions about delivery, she was very responsive as was the delivery team. Peter who did the assembly did a great job and was very professional. I purchased a 4 piece patio set for my sunroom. The store had good selection of items and their prices are reasonable compared to most. Included in our price was FREE White Glove Delivery. I was given a small time window for the delivery... which was a surprise...the delivery guys were polite and professional just like our salesman when we picked out our set. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend them to friends.

I just called the store to get info on a new pool heater, Spoke to Scott, and he was So helpful, smart and pleasant to talk to. I had tried 3 other pool retailers for info, and either they Had No Idea What they were talking about, or just gave me a price with NO ACTUAL INFORMATION about the Heater!! Scott at American Sale has been incredibly helpful with our Hot Springs Grandee NXT. He's always there for any questions or issues we have. He makes himself personally available to help diagnose our unit and even made a personal house call to look at our water first hand and help determine what's going on. Thanks, Scott!

Just had the most incredible Customer Service at American Sale in Lake Zurich. I worked with Corey who was singularly amazing in knowledge and experience for what I needed. I was buying a new Christ.as Tree and the selection was amazing. I quickly narrowed it down to 2 and Corey gave me the education I needed to make the first so decision. Corey. I just went to pick out a Christmas tree and I had Corey helping me. He did a great job of being attentive and being patient with all of my questions and stock checks. Corey had a lot of knowledge on the products and provided a lot of helpful information for a first time tree buyer. I ended up getting a great tree!

We purchased a swim spa from American Sale and we absolutely love the product and the service we received! We worked with Scott Cook, and I could not recommend anyone better. He stayed for us after closing to answer our questions and to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We had to special order our swim spa, which had a little delay due to manufacturing.
