RecommendedOur sales lady was so patient and very informing. Than she actually met us at the back to see if our box would fit in the car. The young man that put the box into the car was very courteous and friendly. All around a very pleasant experience buying out Christmas tree.
Text ourchase of a air hockey game the sales tram chuck and Steve were very helpful the phone schedulers assisted us in adding an additional service and the delivery guys were superb

Steve Clark was a great person to deal with. We bought a hot tub back in June and cane back for a gazebo last week. Everything was delivered and installed as promised on time and error free. We would go back to him again.
We worked with steve clark to replace our hot tub cover (dogs previously put holes in it and broke the insert). He was tremendous, and we got it within a week!
We bought a hot tub yesterday from American Sales. We initially came in in June 2019 and worked with salesperson Steve Zitek, after having a blah experince at 'The Great Escape' store. He was great - very very knowledgeable and helpful in planning and pre-financing!
