Steve Clark was a great person to deal with. We bought a hot tub back in June and cane back for a gazebo last week. Everything was delivered and installed as promised on time and error free. We would go back to him again.
We worked with steve clark to replace our hot tub cover (dogs previously put holes in it and broke the insert). He was tremendous, and we got it within a week!
We bought a hot tub yesterday from American Sales. We initially came in in June 2019 and worked with salesperson Steve Zitek, after having a blah experince at 'The Great Escape' store. He was great - very very knowledgeable and helpful in planning and pre-financing! Yesterday we worked with salesperson Steve Clark, who was just perfect in ironing out and the details and closing the deal Steve Z. started. 5 Stars My husband and I walked into American Sale frustrated and overwhelmed with the thought of having to purchase a new pump for our pool. Burnis must have seen our looks of despair and approached us with a positive and upbeat attitude. Burins went above and beyond when helping us and for that he has earned two lifelong customers!

We’ve been buying outdoor furniture for a few years now. Steve is a great guy! Just purchased a metal gazebo and we love it! Looking forward to ordering our new pool in a year or so! Highly recommend!
