Went in the other day as a hot tub novice. Steve was a fantastic help and led us to exactly what we wanted at the right price point. Answered all of our questions and was patient while we chose between two models. Financing was a breeze and delivery is taking place only a week after purchase! I highly recommend American Sale and urge you to ask for Steve. He might even sing for you!

We came in today totally convinced we we're not going to purchase a Hot Tub. We had a bad experience at another local spa dealer who tried to do the bait and switch.. with regard to pricing and finance. Steve helped us out, and was very very cordial and informative. He did not pressure us and most importantly, treated Kelly with great respect.
