I bought 2 patio tables with the expert assistance provided by Marcina. Then I discovered one of the boxes was missing the hardware she immediately went to a local hardware store to get the missing hardware. Thanks, Marci

Just purchased my first hot tub here and am very pleased. We already knew what we wanted, when we got there and they had a great floor model sale. Financing was easy and we were in and out in no-time. Steve has helped us out and has answered all our questions. We had to build a deck for our hot tub and when the delivery department called, we weren't quite ready for it. Purchased a patio set and gazebo Sunday, Steve was very helpful and courteous through our entire visit. The delivery crew did not show up on time and the delivery center was not helpful and rather useless. Never returned my calls. Called the store and spoke with Steve about our situation. In 5 minutes he made a few calls, located the the delivery truck and assured us that our set would be delivered. Thank you Steve for your hard work, knowledge and dedication to serving your customers!

We pick out the pool we wanted last October had it installed on May 3rd. Every thing we ordered was delivered had no problems what's so ever. Pool was installed in 3 hours . The best experience everything was on time and there
