We normally prepare our own meals in our garden home. We have been less than satisfied with two meals we have had in the Lincoln Lodge living room. In our 2+ years, this would be our only criticism. They are working on it. Staff and leadership is top-notch. They go above and beyond in being helpful and friendly. It is obvious they really care about the residents. I'm happy here. All the help are gracious. I enjoy the outings to concerts. I enjoy the outings to concerts. I feel protested here from the Coronavirus. I appreciate the available transportation. My apartment is very comfortable.

I am very happy living here for the last 3 years. The office staff, the kitchen and servers, housekeepers, maintenance are always willing to help the residents. Now with the virus interfering with our lives we had exercise bingo. Ice cream treats, happy hour even parades in the hallways with masks and space. They have certainly kept us safe, healthy, and happy.

I have lived here 2 years in Lincoln Lodge, the independent living building in American Village. From day one, I have found this very friendly caring facility. This applies to the office team, food servers, and residents. I would recommend it highly to anyone needing this kind of living. Through the pandemic, I have felt safe and cared for.

Employees are friendly and cheerful, always ready to help if you need. Food is good. Housekeeping is good. Lots of exercise classes. Other social gatherings to enjoy. Make you feel wanted.

I guess there could be labels, and everyone has their point of view, but the staff here are what. I'm sorry I can't write today. Love family, staff excellent, clean and pretty.

We've lived here for 8 mos. and are quite content. The people here — residents and staff are loving. caring people. We have plenty of activities and entertainment to do, we're not bored. Mainly too, throughout the pandemic of COVID-19, our staff has done their all in assisting the safety of all residents. We are so very grateful to be here.
