The staff at American Village is amazing! They treat Mom with respect, kindness, and compassion. Many of the staff have been there for many years and it is evident that they love their jobs with the smiles they always wear. My Mom has been at several facilities and this is by far the best. They really care for their residents and go to the extra mile to help them in any way. I feel blessed to have my Mom living at American Village!

[Name removed] and I came to American Village as [name removed] has Esophageal Cancer. We were together for many months before he passed. They gave him quality care and I, [name rmeoved], stayed on at Lincoln Lodge. I have been contented and satisfied and will stay and love my life until I go to [name removed] and my Creator. Thank you for listening.

My motherlaw-in-law resides at American Village and I feel that she gets social interactions and the staff is all so helpful. During the quarantine they were concerned with safety for the residents. [Name removed] did a great job of keeping me informed and getting her the medical care she needed when my relative came down with congestive heart failure, since I wasn't able to see her.

My Mom has been thriving here for almost 14 years! It's a lovely facility, but what makes it truly special are the extraordinary employees — all of them! The communication is excellent. During COVID, I have received regular updates about procedures in place to eliminate the spread and notify residents and families of any positive cases. I felt my Mom was in good hands. The staff at Lincoln Lodge has been amazing! They have gone beyond our expectations in the care and diligence in cleanliness, following procedures, and proper protocol. We have all followed their lead on how best to handle seeing and communicating without loved ones. As a result, the community is COVID free. In addition, the ENERGETIC staff planned fun activities for our mom and the other residents like hallway yoga, COVID Bingo, doorway mani/pedis, and cocktail hour delivered to their doors during the COVID lockdown. My dad had excellent care at American Village. He was in memory care. Near the end American Village staff did a better job than hospice. My Dad had a studio and it worked well for him. The staff was wonderful, they helped him maintain his dignity, they shaved him and combed his hair. I would recommend them to any one.

I could not be happier! Everyone is so nice - the staff is wonderful to my Mom. My Mom loves it - I love it. The other residents are nice and helpful. I kept waiting for things to be more 'normal' - but I just keep meeting nice people and nice staff. My mom has only lived there 2 weeks and she has tons of friends and knows most the staff by name.

The annual Corks and Forks is one of the most enjoyable, well planned and innovative events in Senior Living.
