Easy to work with could have explained how the loan at the end worked better.
Customer service easy made me feel important didnot judge
The person I worked with was able to pretty much take carer of what seemed like the majority of everything. One call helped me out when I felt like there was no help and he just tried to help guide me on the right path and answer the questions that I had. So far been very positive.
Initially it was not so great, but they have worked out the kinks and made it work.
I would say Americor is very trustworthy. I'm just early on in the process and everything seems to be moving as specified so I'm happy about that. They were very committed to solving my problems. The people that I spoke with were very clear on everything and what to expect.
They've been really helpful with the amount of what I have to say. So far they have been pretty good to work with.
Very helpful and encouraging. Hopeful in getting my finances under control.
