i didn't know what to do ? i called them ,set it up , and let them do there thing . i was skeptical a year in but kept going . two years in i got there loan , which i can refinance any time , that payed everything off at there negotiated offers . and my credit score is back up to 700 and climbing! thank you Americor

I had Mr. M. and he was amazing. He broke everything down one step at a time, went through everything with me. I was on the phone for two hours, but I literally knew everything that was happening.
I don't have to do any of the negotiating. They'll they'll do it for me, so that's fantastic. They've handled pretty much all that need to be dealt with, so I'm pretty happy. The person that was in charge of my account got to know me and we were able to communicate. I'm impressed. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable. They helped me get over my misunderstandings about the process.
