I didn't feel they were very helpful. They were very friendly and I know they tried but they really didn't have the answers I was looking for. Everything was going really good up until yesterday, and it's not really Americor's fault, it's kind of sort of a combination of my bank and Americor. My bank account got all screwed up and I'm really wondering how I'm going to get it fixed.
They did a great job! Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Great Customer Service!!

Some people were very knowledgeable, you could tell they had a lot of experience and they were super helpful. And then others, while they wanted to be really helpful and they were, they were nice, they just weren't as trained as the others, I think.
The staff is helpful and professional. The staff is also informative and receptive.
I have been working with Erica H on my current financial situation and she has been nothing but amazing on the assistance she has provided me. She has been a pleasure to work with and has explained every step that I have been going through to this point.
The reaching out and letting the how things work all over again . And then communication.And some helpers are not helpful or friendly.
