If I didn't get somebody at the moment they always called me back, I never had a problem with speaking with someone or getting correspondence back. They are transparent about what they do.

The person that I spoke with was really helpful and really resourceful. He was really helpful and explain me what I would expect from using their service and everything. Maybe they could explain better that when they stop paying their debtor there is an impact on their credit score and they don't need to be scared like I was.
