Good communication. I would just probably go with them, that's my advice.
Jennifer made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my MANY questions, helped me understand how much money I'd already paid the bank in interest (and how to stop getting ripped off by continuing with minimum payments), and made me feel very safe working with her and this company.

They have been around for years, and I went through some financial downturn in the 2000 real estate crash and Bush Recession.
