This was my second time with Americor. The first time the accounts for the process weren't fully completed and I wasn't aware of that so when I called back the person that I spoke with took time to get everything processed and completed to my knowledge.
Agents kept me informed via email with every transaction on a timely basis.
Everyone's been super nice. I think there were a couple things communication-wise that could have been smoother but other than that it's good.
They're very attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable and and help you out with any questions you have. So far it's been great, very easy to use and set up.

It was very positive they were very helpful and really walked me through the process which was made it easy for me to get through the process. My account representative was there for me every step of the way and really walked me through the process. He was great to work with.
