They always answer the phone, there's always somebody to talk to
It sounds like it's got a good game plan for helping me get get my financial stuff in order. I was doing pretty good with my credit but just needed a little help with a few things. Everybody's been very cordial and very helpful every time I talk to somebody. It seems like it's gonna work pretty good.
I speak Spanish and they also have people that these helping me in Spanish, so I appreciate that.
They need to be more transparent with what they do and keep to their word about what they say they will do.

It's been okay. People have been willing to help at any given moment. I get a lot more phone calls than I think are necessary. I don't have a deep understanding as to how the how the company works I guess. They did explain it to me, but I don't really understand how that works. I think there could be more transparency.
It's been very good. Great customer service and I'm very happy. My representative was very detailed and I like how he is assisting me. Be open and entertain it if it works for you.

The first time I talked with them I panicked and I felt doubt and then the second time they explained it to me more so I could understand it more. If you have any questions, any doubt, or anything always ask and they have somebody that will be a fit for you and your personality to make sure you're making the right decision. John talked with me and informed me on a lot of stuff so it was okay. He's a very good person.
