I haven't talked to anyone except when I did the application, but everything was fine. I had a good experience with the person who I originally spoke with. Maybe touch base a couple weeks later with a live person to chat with the client to see if they have any follow up questions.
Great debt relief organization. Fees seemed a bit high but I'm sure they are comparable to other debt relief companies. Great service. My debt was paid off in less than a year. My credit score is going back up. Quite pleased with Americor.

Everything is going great, so far. She is ready to make her second consolidation payment. Staff is professional, and friendly. Roxanna is very informative, compassionate and dedicated.
