Great people to work with helping me get out of debt and be free
They made me feel comfortable with using them for my debt consolidation.
I don't have to do any of the negotiating. They'll they'll do it for me, so that's fantastic. They've handled pretty much all that need to be dealt with, so I'm pretty happy. The person that was in charge of my account got to know me and we were able to communicate. I'm impressed. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable. It has been difficult getting my documents uploaded because I had to take pictures and it was difficult from the phone. Americor didn't come with a bunch of nonsense like other companies. They were very clear and I don''t have to be on hold for a long time and they answered my questions without a lot of complication. It was fast and efficient and they simplify it.
I had to go through thee representatives before I got the one that would actually help, some of the other people were inconsistent saying they will call me or get back to me but never did. I waited and I had to keep calling back until I was transferred to someone. The last guy was thorough and got the job done within an hour. Everything is pretty clear, so I do like that.
They've been very supportive. I'm getting a lot of emails and a lot of messages. I'm very nervous about what's to come, but I do feel like a miracle is here for me.
