They knew what they were talking about. They spoke directly. They told me what they were going to do. They are very professional and I like the way they carry the business.

I haven't talked to anyone except when I did the application, but everything was fine. I had a good experience with the person who I originally spoke with. Maybe touch base a couple weeks later with a live person to chat with the client to see if they have any follow up questions.
Great debt relief organization. Fees seemed a bit high but I'm sure they are comparable to other debt relief companies. Great service. My debt was paid off in less than a year. My credit score is going back up. Quite pleased with Americor.
