On the second week Americor already successfully negotiate with one of my creditors for 50% off of my debt. I can breathe and low my stress!
They were constantly in communication with me and I was able to get all my questions answered in a timely manner, I felt very comfortable asking questions. Anytime I had a question there was always somebody there to help me out and I would recommend them to my friend to use as well. Customer service representatives are wonderful.

I am very appreciative because I don't feel like I was pushed. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like I had to go with them. They explained the benefits in detail and I was very comfortable in my conversation with them. They have been very attentive. I have not had to call and ask for update from their customer service. They're very polite, extremely professional and I don't feel like I'm chasing them to find out what's going on with my account or with the program.
I recommend americor. They were very courteous and professional and explained everything very throughly. They helped me. I'm happy with the experience.
Good communication. I would just probably go with them, that's my advice.
So far it’s not much being done or have to do. I just had first creditor call today. I missed them but I’m sure they’ll call back. Customer service is good if I think of anything they email before I can ask
