Absolutely the best customer service one could ask for when one has to deal with such a painful process as debt consolidation - very empathetic staff and support personnel who answered all of my questions all the time in a very responsive manner. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through everything, and went through everything with us. We actually had to make changes a couple times, he was extremely patient with us.

It was a very easy process. The personnel were very friendly and they really explained everything to me and what the process was and I really appreciated that. They were responsive and answered my questions and I always got back to me when they were not available when I called. Consider americor because they really helped me.
They're really good and they listen and they it's a real easy process. He was working with me and I had concerns and he was able to answer all my questions and get rid of those concerns. They explained everything thoroughly and I was fully informed of my decision by the end of getting set up. They were very easy to talk to, very informational.
