Good communication. I would just probably go with them, that's my advice.
So far it’s not much being done or have to do. I just had first creditor call today. I missed them but I’m sure they’ll call back. Customer service is good if I think of anything they email before I can ask
Everything as far as the steps to redemption of my credit is beginning to come true, and in the time told to me.
It's been great so far. The gentleman I spoke with, Jay, was super helpful and like just really, really great at explaining the whole process and helping me and trying to understand my situation to help me better.
The man I worked with was so good. He made everything easy and explained everything well. My services have been wonderful, I've had no problems. The people are pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with them, they have been understanding of my situation.
