I am very appreciative because I don't feel like I was pushed. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like I had to go with them. They explained the benefits in detail and I was very comfortable in my conversation with them. They have been very attentive. I have not had to call and ask for update from their customer service. They're very polite, extremely professional and I don't feel like I'm chasing them to find out what's going on with my account or with the program.
