New client very little to talk about but she was very kind and reassuring that you all will handle things in the proper direction.
Because I just joined the program and I'm waiting to see how things progress from here. The reps I've spoken with over the phone are helpful and the website is user friendly which are positives for sure. Hopefully after a few payments are made into my account, negotiations for settlement will take place.
