So far it's been okay for me. They've all been very helpful.
They're polite and they try to do their best. Since everyone was working from home because of COVID, sometimes it was hard to get answers. But they did their best.
The guy I talked to was really professional with that he had to say, and he could run the whole business. But when I got to talk to the second one, he gave me some negative input, about how they can't make me go to the court nowadays, all my bills and I just wasn't very pleased. I believe his name is Rick.
Everyone was very pleasant professional and was able to answer my questions.
Would have liked more communication about the line of credit and status of negotiations but we figured it out in the end!
Very professional, polite, patient, and friendly. I would recommend Americor because they have helped us and we had to pay a lot less that what we owe. I think they are doing a great job.
The client portal is very easy to navigate and very easy to understand. I like it better than a lot of other portals that I've used in the past. Everybody's been very responsive when I had questions, things have been very thoroughly explained to me and I feel like I I truly understand what's going on in the process. The customer service has been excellent. The experience so far has been very positive.

Transparent in every aspect of the program. Thorough and detailed explanation of all aspects of the program with online portal to follow every transaction. Excellent communication via phone and/email. Contacted immediately for approval from me regarding proposed negotiation with detailed proposal. I was offered a loan after 12 months which I accepted.
