My experience with the Americor has been very good. I had a client advocate for me. Make sure you understand how they're going to begin with the different creditors
Great polite people explained everything
They make sure that I know everything and that I don't feel like I'm lost. And I love that I love that they do that. Very informative and very knowledgeable and very helpful and I really appreciate them.
Sometimes it was confusing talking to them and I think they should advertise better. I think they need more explanation as far as borrowing the money. I had no idea that I was going to be paying when I was going to pay so I kind of went ahead and paid the account out I didn't stay long. My experience has been ok.
They were pretty good and very helpful in the beginning. They helped me no problem with everything and they answer just about every single question that I asked. The representative was very professional. Very helpful way in all aspects and he informed me on everything that would take place.
Always so helpful when I had questions going through the process. Every body was nice and friendly. The only thing I did not want to like about it was they really kind of ruined my credit but then my credit kind of started bouncing back as part of the process, but I really didn't like that. We also had a period of time where it was difficult to communicate with lots of missed cals on both ends.
It was very well organized, there is a step by step process. Good and bargain with the creditors. They were very good to answer and even return emails, very good to respond. I would definitely recommend Americor to anyone who has problems with credit.
I had an awesome experience with customer service. They were very good. The person I talked to was a wealth of knowledge. Very informative and explained everything in detail on how my accounts would be resolved. The intake process was smooth. I will recommend them.
