Make sure you're looking for debt relief not debt consolidation. It's been rocky, I've had a few collections while with them that took me to court. The customer service is always friendly and trying to help.

Although I seriously doubt the process, it seems to be working. There needs to be now client to customer interaction specifically in the early days
I like that im doing something about my credit, trying to resolve matters through debt consolidation. I don't like that so far only 1 debt has a settlement and other accounts that have gone delinquent due to the process has greatly affected my good standing accounts and credit limits.
