They're polite and they try to do their best. Since everyone was working from home because of COVID, sometimes it was hard to get answers. But they did their best.
The guy I talked to was really professional with that he had to say, and he could run the whole business. But when I got to talk to the second one, he gave me some negative input, about how they can't make me go to the court nowadays, all my bills and I just wasn't very pleased. I believe his name is Rick.
