The gentleman I had he was very well experienced and he was really very knowledgeable. He was in there for me and he went above and beyond. He walked me through every step of the way it was very easy for me I explain my situation to him and he guided me my experience was very easy.
So far it's been a great experience, we have settled our first case and that felt wonderful. It feels good to have such wonderful people helping me out.

Because I just started with this company and have not experienced anything except a lot of confusion with calls/emails/text needing information that had already been submitted. And the changing of contract I dropped one creditor, but not reflected on my account online.
