They handle things calmly. They explained everything to me and helped me feel more comfortable at the beginning. Very professional.
Ran into a few bumps, but most of it's been pretty pleasant and informed. They've pretty much handled any questions I had with pretty good answers, not always exactly clear, but once we got into it it was pretty good. They have been totally honest with me.
