The customer service agents are nice and provided me with resources and helpful information. They have been pretty transparent. Overall experience has been positive.
I trusted them and later I found out that they weren't able to negotiate and take over my medical debt and it started a legal issue. They're always up to help but sometimes it's so hard to reach them. I have to leave them a text messages or a voicemail in the office. They actually helped me out but not completely.
