They explain everything that is going to happen to you, your credit score, everything. They answer any questions you might have, even questions that you think may be silly to ask. They walk you through everything.

Very good and very professional and I really like they really helped me to resolve all the debt that I have. I just wish I could have worked with one person the whole time. They answer all my questions when I have any concerns and they get back to me and they help me.
Jeffrey was excellent from the beginning to end and so every time I called customer service they were very efficient but a female specialist was supposed to call me in two different dates to do the "welcome call" but has not been punctual with the date and time and I've to reschedule work recesses for nothing but I understand if they're not customer service so therefore only a few few people are in that department maybe customer service or perhaps Jeffrey could've done the "welcome call" or a video should do the job and clie... read more
I have submitted a new collection 3 times, with no confirmation that it was received, nor has it been added to to file. Other than that, you all been doing a fabulous job at handling my creditors!
