The agent that was that was helping me was super clear and had a great personality and just made me feel very comfortable.

The customer service representative followed up and used his personal experience to relate to me. He was overall a good guy and made sure everything was good. They are always calling to check on the process. They have kept close contact. I would advise people to go to americor because they were really professional. They use their own life to help you get a better understanding of how it works and how it will benefit me in the future.
The people I spoke with were very kind and very nice.
I was supposed to be offered credit 9 after a year and wasn't. I think k it would have helped. I feel like my debt got bigger since I wasn't paying on any of them

I was told if I have any questions I can call and they'll be willing to help me and if I need any more bills added to my to my account I can. They worked with me on my payment and payday. They made me feel that I can get my debt taken care of. Everybody is so nice and pleasant, they make you feel like you're somebody and I really appreciate it.
