Excellent customer service. Never had an issue with anything. Followed the plain that was given to us and we were able to stay on track, so we could transfer to Credit 9.

Because I just started with this company and have not experienced anything except a lot of confusion with calls/emails/text needing information that had already been submitted. And the changing of contract I dropped one creditor, but not reflected on my account online.
Every time I call everyone is friendly and helpful.
I really am impressed with Americor! Already have one debt payed and two are being settled in less then 5 months
because they are there when you need them, but they take a long time to answer your question.
