Because I just started with this company and have not experienced anything except a lot of confusion with calls/emails/text needing information that had already been submitted. And the changing of contract I dropped one creditor, but not reflected on my account online.
Every time I call everyone is friendly and helpful.
I really am impressed with Americor! Already have one debt payed and two are being settled in less then 5 months
because they are there when you need them, but they take a long time to answer your question.
It's not for everybody and can be quite expensive in the long run. Read the fine print. They had really good customer service.
It just takes a while to get in touch with someone but when they do answer questions. The person I was working when closing was helpful, they answered our questions and explained every step of the process for us clearly.

I wish that when we register with your company that the funds could be released to our creditors sooner, other than that I’m grateful for the help that was offered to me
