They seem to be very professional. So far things look like it's good.
For the most part the program went as described. There were, however, a things that occurred along the way that were not at all how I was led to believe it would work.
I was told from the beginning that in 6 months if I followed all directions and continued to pay my remaining bills on time I would have a loan to consolidate the remaining debt but its been 9 months and I'm still following all the directions and patiently waiting so we will see.
She was awesome she knew the new policy changes and was really sweet so far no one has made me feel bad for having to do this
They are very nice, very kind and they hear me out and I appreciate that. They created a program for me to pay my debt off in a longer time frame with lower interest. When I first set up my account they took a payment from me sooner than they were supposed to, so it really set me back financially as it made my account overdraft $41.00 and made my account negative. But they actually gave me the refund of the $41.00 because that's the payment my bank took and Americor gave it back. They have given me stress relief knowing that... read more
