Just in program for about 3 weeks and one of my debts was negotiated that fast
I trusted them and later I found out that they weren't able to negotiate and take over my medical debt and it started a legal issue. They're always up to help but sometimes it's so hard to reach them. I have to leave them a text messages or a voicemail in the office. They actually helped me out but not completely.
They answered all my questions. So far it is lookong good.
