It is so stressful. I had a lot of trouble going up the forms that sort of thing. It kind of felt like they're gonna get three thousand dollars or whatever it is to help me out with the service, but I'm doing all the leg work. Just seems a little weird and I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right. I got a email from them saying that but I still haven't downloaded my monthly statement or whatever it is I'm supposed to download.

Everything was really excellent, customer service was top notch. I felt like part of the family. I think the name of my representative was Carlos and he was really great and helpful.
Americor was very good, they settled my problems for me. I was sued a couple times and they took care of that for me and they took care of all of the pay off that they needed to do. It took about eight months but it was worth it. They're doing everything they can the best they can.
