I love their platform the website, it is very easy to use. Customer service was able to convince me to join the program and made me understand the program in a very very simple way. The options they gave me are very favorable. The monthly payments are affordable and they are trying to get help you get out of debt. They are very trustworthy.
Have had conflicting directive advice from some advisors. Their approach is reactive rather than proactive, and their Portal has severe limitations on formats that can be added to the document vault. Also, clients cannot view many documents or emails that staff have supposedly received.
Americor has been very easy to work with and very helpful. They have also been accommodating when the situation needed it.
