When I spoke to anyone they were always polite and professional. I Had problems with emails and phone calls going to spam. I was told that my credit score may go down, but I was not told that I would have to go months without Americor making payments on my accounts. I thought after I started making my monthly payment to Americor that my bills would be paid proptly. I was able to opt out of the program without any problems.
Americor is always willing to go above and beyond to find the answer to your questions. Its been good.
I'm happy with Americor and I know everyone else would be too. I was able to be comfortable and the representative made me feel comfortable with every answer they can get. I had so many questions and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I felt comfortable speaking to him. I didn't feel any pressure and it was very pleasant. I was never confused and I feel relief since I signed up.
It's been great. They are easy to get a hold of and to make adjustment you have to need to with your payments . They handled everything very well. If I didn't get somebody at the moment they always called me back, I never had a problem with speaking with someone or getting correspondence back. They are transparent about what they do.
Everything as far as the steps to redemption of my credit is beginning to come true, and in the time told to me.

It was really easy to sign up. The person who helped me explained everything to me clearly and I understood at all and it was it was just a quick easy process. Very friendly and patient. The easiest company to work with, they were quick and easy about it. A really great experience.
I think they're doing a great job. You've got a pretty good chance of getting out of debt really quick if you settle the problem with Americor. They've been responding to the questions and they've been very helpful on everything and their process has been really quick and it's impressive the way they process everything.
