Everything went according to what I was told it would be
This is the first experience I have trying to do something like this and it was all positive. Through emails, and through phone, all of it's been very helpful and pretty fast with replies and stuff like that. They're reassuring with what you all do.
Because when I callled to ask information about these plans, the person who attended me, she gave me a good reason to accept the plan.
The representative I spoke to was extremely patient with me and explained everything I had questions on and even talked me through my options thoroughly. We planned a time for a follow up call so I can get all my documents ready and filled out. Any questions I had he answered readily and helped me understand how this worked! I am so very thankful for the time he took with me tonight!
My representative did a good job on working with me on it, trying to get my bill straightened out. Its a good company.
I liked the thorough explanation of the program and step by step guidance, by my counselor, setting up my account and beginning my journey of becoming debt free.
So far so good. Very responsive and helpful. Facebook community is excellent too as it calms my nerves. It's more of a support system for me and am so glad I signed up.
