Easy and helpful. Always there to answer any questions. The portal is also easy to use. I have recommended to others.
Customer service was fantastic but it was almost a little too much for me I got more calls than I can deal with, it was a little overwhelming when I was busy with other things.

When I was wavering I called Michael Ford on the line and he explained everything to me and settled my nerves. He made me feel very comfortable. Do it because those sleepless night will all go away.
Every time I called they were easy to talk to, they knew exactly what I was looking for, and they knew how to help me find it. It's incredible, they've been really good and always willing to work with me.
Every time I did have to call them about something they were very professional with everything as well as available to answer questions. Continuous communication would have been nice. I didn't know that they weren't talking to Wells Fargo until I was getting sued. I was told personally not to communicate with anybody, so it came as kind of a shocker when I was served papers. I just wish I had more information. They did provide the service in a timely manner. It was generally a good experience for me.
