I am very excited to start this program. I know it is a process but at first there was a lot of communication and now it has died off.
The live agent is knowledgeable, service is quick, answers and take the time to find what they don't know.
They explain everything. You want to feel comfortable and they really made me feel that and said everything very clearly to me. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and answered all my questions.
