They do good work, but it's slow work. They're very responsive, everything is user friendly. The few times I have had to call they were able to resolve any issues that I had immediately. I set up a payment arrangement with them three years ago and they just direct deposit, so I don't have a lot of interaction. The online portal is excellent.
So far it seems to be working out all right when you have a question you just call and they will answer it for you they are very helpful
Really easy, I didn't really have to do much, it was simple. Every time I needed an answer an associate was quick to get back to me and I was taken care of. Really they did a great job.

Anytime I have had a question, there's been people available to help and people that have reached out to me. It's just been a very smooth process, easy to understand and easy to get initiated. The lady I talked to was very helpful.

If you're in debt and you can't get out of it I would definitely give Americor a try because it's pretty easy to do. They've called to check in and answered my questions, so far so good.
