I was skeptical at first about whether this would help us but it has and I'm so glad that I called them.
I spoke to a representative and he was very nice and informative.
They've been great, very helpful, polite, pleasant, and informational. They explained the process really very clearly to me and keeps sending me updates and are just very informative. They are very clear on the expectations of what was going to happen, just confident and comfortable with the process. I would suggest Americor for sure. I really appreciate their assistance.

The gentleman that helped me get everything set up was really patient, knowledgeable and took his time and explained to me in a way that I would understand. Things were very well handled and very clear and very smooth and they are doing a great job.
They're polite and they try to do their best. Since everyone was working from home because of COVID, sometimes it was hard to get answers. But they did their best.
