Make sure you're looking for debt relief not debt consolidation. It's been rocky, I've had a few collections while with them that took me to court. The customer service is always friendly and trying to help.

Everything's going great so far, they're handling all my settlements or all the debt settlements and are actually taking care of everything accordingly. They're always getting in contact with me once there's an update on any settlements or asking for additional information. They're very attentive to their customers so that's good.
