I chose Americor over another company because they really took the time to explain everything to me. I have talked to several different people and they've always been knowledgeable and helped me with anything I needed help with. They've been very patient with me.
If anyone is looking for any company that can best help with debt settlement resolutions it would definitely be Americor. They are polite, courteous and they were eager to answer any questions I might have. Outstanding customer service. They are very, very quick to reply and address any issues or concerns that I might have for them.
They made it so easy, everything they told me so far has been legit, its a work of wonder. My experience has been great. The lady that I have was wonderful, she was with me every step of the way. She's thorough.
It just takes a while to get in touch with someone but when they do answer questions. The person I was working when closing was helpful, they answered our questions and explained every step of the process for us clearly.
I would recommend Americor, they did a good job for me. Everybody that I have spoken to is very professional very helpful.
I didn't understand the process of me having to do a lot of paperwork. Ask all the questions upfront because I have a question I need to ask. It would have been nice to be notified about how much I would need to do on my end.
Americor is taking a lot of stress out of my life. Everyone I talked to was really welcoming and understanding and ready to talk. They're so easy to work with.
