I don't have any problems with them. Everything was perfect. I would recommend that you use Americor to help you with debt.
They walked me through the entire process with no issues.They explained everything well and made it simple to understand. I don't have anything negative to say about them. I suggest that you put them at the top of your list. You are able to speak to a person and not a computer when you call them and they really work with you.
They were thorough. They helped with any questions. It was easy to take care of and get my debts settled.
I like that they constantly communicate with you. I've been calling a lot and they are always able to do things for me. Everything is great, I have no negative comments.
I would advise that you call Americor and see if they can help you like they have been able to help me. But I still have not received documents that I left chronically signed and I feel like they are a little slow and could get paperwork back to the client a little quicker.
They have started the process. It's taking too long.
They have a nice website and app. The process takes quite a few months from what I've seen. We just had a little glitch with their automatic calling system there were they kept calling me every couple hours there for a week and I already talked to the person for my welcome on board meeting there so that was a little annoying but otherwise so pleasant overall. Only 1 of the 3 creditors has agreed to the negotiated amount. I was told that it would be relatively easy to get the others as well. It's been a couple of months and nothing.
