Very nice understanding and to the point
Everything was good except they didn't tell about the bank charge until you asked about it and they didn't know if it was added to the monthly amount or it was included which it was but the guy I worked with was awesome(scott) was his name

Don't hesitate just do it. Everytime I've ever had to contact customer service they answer back within an hour or so and they always call me through anything that I need and I've always solved my problems.
