Customer service was super friendly and well informed.
Excellent customer service. Professional snd courteous through the entire process. Would have been 5 stars, however in my opinion the fee structure is confusing and a bit excessive.
Overall it's a good company. They're willing to explain if you don't understand, no matter how many times it takes, they're willing to explain.
I really don't know exactly what to think yet as it has been a rather short time. I would like a bit more contact for example to say things like we have sent this communication to your creditors, listing the creditors and the specific communication and date sent. In addition I would like to see any return communication from the creditor, perhaps set up in a grid form. There really needs to be good documentation provided all along the way. they do what they say, kind over the phone
It's been okay. When I call them they're there to answer my questions and have good customer service. They're trustworthy.
Honest. They explain how the program works
Anytime I called they were really helpful, it was just kind of a hassle to call.
They did alright on part of it, but they didn't listen to me and take my advice since it was my stuff. They just weren't very helpful and most people I talked to weren't very knowledgeable. They always had to send me to somebody else. It ended up being a circus show every time that I tried to call and ask questions.
