I have already recommended them to a friend. They really do help people and the guy I worked with was great. They stay on top of things, I never had to call them because they were always calling and checking up on me. I think Americor should be a number one choice for people.
Just started, so I can't really tell you exactly what they've been able to accomplish yet. But I can say it's been a fairly straightforward and easy process. They're easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable, and I haven't had any issues working with them.
Everyone at Americore has been kind, understanding and patient with me and my questions. There is one exception and that is Monica wuth Credit 9. From the first phone call with me, she was very intimidating and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I almost made the decision not to go with Credit 9. The gentleman I reached out to was very thorough, very good at explaining everything step by step for what will happen and how the whole process will go.
The representative I spoke to was extremely patient with me and explained everything I had questions on and even talked me through my options thoroughly. We planned a time for a follow up call so I can get all my documents ready and filled out. Any questions I had he answered readily and helped me understand how this worked! I am so very thankful for the time he took with me tonight!
I just started, so I haven't really had to do much yet. Money comes out of my account automatically. They worked with me to help me spread payments out through the month, so he helped me a lot. I really appreciated that. They have the ability to work with other companies and I would definitely recommend it. The person I worked with was really helpful, he explained things really well and made sure to let me know that he was available to me whenever I needed anything as far as having any questions along the way.
