They were very punctual and I had no problems with understanding what I was about to get into.
Very helpful, always willing to work with you stay connected and active thru out ur whole process.
My experience with Americor has been good so far. One time when I called them I was on hold for 30 minutes when I was at work and didn't have time.
Customer service was able to assist with filling out my application and worked to help get me into their debt program fast.
They do a very good job with what they do. Americor was very helpful and explained things in a way that you're able to understand. It has all been very straight forward. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and any questions that I had were answered.
They always responded when I contacted them but I didn't feel like they gave me helpful answers. The negotiation process wasn't great. Americor serves its purpose though, it got us where we needed to be. They should warn people that when you get to the line of credit you're going to have a huge interest rate, even more than your credit cards.
I like it because the company has good customer service. Whenever I deal with Americor, I'm happy with the results.
So far everything is wonderful. I trust them. They're doing great and the person that I spoke to was very good and very informative.
They are always responsive, respectful and helped me and walked through everything on the issues we had. I would recommend Americor, it's working well for us. I've been very happy with the service that we received.
