I haven't seen the funds released to me yet. When I first signed up for americor this guy was helping me and I had a question for him and he still hasn't responded a week and a half later. But the other times I called customer service I got a response within minutes. I recommend so far, I wouldn't recommend the customer service but I feel like what I'm paying every month is reasonable. They said what they were going to do and it happened in a timely manner. You have to trust the process. It may take a little bit of time, but they do a deliver results.
They explained everything real early how it was gonna play out and what was going on so there were no questions and there were no hidden things on there. Everything's been real smooth so far. I'm pretty happy with how it's going.
