Easy to get started and nothing to think about once its started
The person that I talked to, Mister Owens, took me through everything. He showed me where I was spending too much money and he helped me get back on track and explained the whole program. So far it's been great. They answer all my questions and they give more reassurance that things will be alright.
I like that ir I don't know what to do all I got to do is ask.

Always good communication. They helped steer me in the right direction. The process was a little stressful for me but it worked. Sometimes I had summons or legal issues.
They kicked in rather slow to me, but I will rate them again if possible.
Depending on who you talk to, some of the reps are kind of pushy and some can be relaxed. It's been great.
I spoke to Derek and he was very good at listening and explaining. Four or five yrs ago a Debt Consolidation called Titan Legal After me paying 800 monthly payment they never spoke to creditors. Closed their door no money in no money out. They kept my funds so Basically they stole my money. I was hesitant yet Derek understood my direct questions were answered and made me feel I was with different people. Plus he said he could understand my concern
