Very pleasant and they made sure I understood. It was very. I think they've done a real good job.

I mean, it's never easy realizing just how bad your financial situation has gotten. For me, after my husband lost his jobs going into Covid, I basically went into complete denial on how far we were sinking into debt. If you get in over your head, find somewhere that will help you without declaring bankruptcy - Americor or one of the other debt agencies. Or my advice is just don't get into debt. I've only been with them a month, but they got me set up right away.
They're very good at making sure that the client understands every detail of what they're explaining and making sure they know what to do. It's a good company to go to. They were very good and quick with their stuff. They explained everything that I needed to know thoroughly and were very patient.
