Well I give them 5 star because they treated me well, always kept me informed and they settled my account now am paying out a loan they have given me to pay back the accounts they settled
Customer service was super friendly and well informed.
Excellent customer service. Professional snd courteous through the entire process. Would have been 5 stars, however in my opinion the fee structure is confusing and a bit excessive.
Overall it's a good company. They're willing to explain if you don't understand, no matter how many times it takes, they're willing to explain.
I really don't know exactly what to think yet as it has been a rather short time. I would like a bit more contact for example to say things like we have sent this communication to your creditors, listing the creditors and the specific communication and date sent. In addition I would like to see any return communication from the creditor, perhaps set up in a grid form. There really needs to be good documentation provided all along the way.
