It was easy and they took care of all my concerns
Very easy process and helpful team members.
Because they are always making sure that the client is always in the know. They take the stress off of you and that helps with your mental health. It's great knowing that your not alone.
They respond quickly and are very communicative which I like. I don't think they are the best negotiator. I think that americor needs to get a little more familiar with the debtors perspective. I need them to negotiate for more because they're only going to save me a few hundred dollars at the end of the day.
Everything was explained in detail as far as how the program works.
