They were efficient, they told me everything that was going on in a timely fashion, explained everything to me. If I had any questions I could call back and then they answer me immediately. My case has already been taken care of and everything done was great. They're very trustworthy.

Customer service instantly answered all my questions. I got to talk to the same lady every time which was really helpful since I was able to email the same person with all my questions and I didn't have to wait on hold. Americor helped me out of a lot of debt. It was a great experience and they explain everything to you.
I love Americor! I had already filed bankruptcy within the past few years and when COVID happened I felt like I was drowning in debt again to pay my bills. I felt like I had nowhere to turn. Americor has been the greatest friend when I felt like I was stuck. Amazing communication, prompt responses and my questions were always answered! The process has been effortless! They're pretty attentive. Every time I give them a call if they don't answer they call me right back immediately. There was an urgency to deal with my questions. They told me what was going to happen every step along the way.
It's been a good experience. Its the only company I've dealt with.

Everything's been great. You should invest in Americor, it's a big relief. Everybody's been great, very informativ,e very nice everything has gone smooth.
Even after the initial set up you expect excellent customer service members getting everything set up. Follow up care was exceptional. If I contacted them right now they would answer me promptly. The only issue we currently have a debt collector were the debt been settled but we're still getting calls and collection notices to we're trying to get that resolved right now but that's not through any fault of americor but the actual service itself.
