They're pretty attentive. Every time I give them a call if they don't answer they call me right back immediately. There was an urgency to deal with my questions. They told me what was going to happen every step along the way.
It's been a good experience. Its the only company I've dealt with.

Everything's been great. You should invest in Americor, it's a big relief. Everybody's been great, very informativ,e very nice everything has gone smooth.
Even after the initial set up you expect excellent customer service members getting everything set up. Follow up care was exceptional. If I contacted them right now they would answer me promptly. The only issue we currently have a debt collector were the debt been settled but we're still getting calls and collection notices to we're trying to get that resolved right now but that's not through any fault of americor but the actual service itself. They're doing a good job and they're helping people left and right.They help me out. I tried freedom debt relief before and I say americor has done an awesome job compared to them. They work with me and have done an awesome job of taking care of me.
We spoke to a lady and we were on the phone with her quite a while and she was extremely kind and courteous. We are kind of new to the program, so I don't really know wat's going on. Another person was extremely helpful, he was patient, he repeated thing,s he didn't talk too fast and he was courteous. I just was very comfortable with what we were doing.
I would advise anybody to go with Americor, they're so understanding and explain everything to you and and make sure that you understand everything. They were so courteous and nice.
